Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 mango, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 avocado, diced (about 1 cup)

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk the garlic, orange juice, lime juice, orange zest, honey and olive oil to blend thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add mango and avocado. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
