Ingredients
- Ham Balls:
- 1 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 pound ground ham
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can pineapple rings, drained (save 1/2 cup juice for sauce)
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon powdered yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water.

Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk together pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard powder in a small saucepan. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water, and then whisk into the saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. G
ently mix together ingredients for ham balls. Form into mixture balls without compressing. Place hamballs into a 9x13 inch pan. Top each ham ball with a slice of pineapple. Pour sauce over the hamballs and bake for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes.
