Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light whipping cream
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey (strongest)
  • or Canadian Whiskey (less strong) or
  • a combo of both(my fav)
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 Tablespoons Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high power for 20-30 seconds. Store tightly in the refrigerator. Shake well before using!!

Hints: I make single batches then combine them together.

When using as a gift , place in decorative bottle with label with a one month expiration date.

It tests best chilled.

All irish whiskey.. strongest
All canadian whiskey.. more mild
Combo of both.. How I like it.
