KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing, apricot jam and onion soup mix are all you need for this sweet and tangy chicken breast recipe.

- 2 tsp. oil
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 3 Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-oz. pkt.) onion soup mix

Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F.
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to 3-qt. casserole.
MIX dressing, jam and soup mix; pour over chicken.
BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Tip:
Reviewers said you could do this without cooking chicken first. Just be sure cooked temperature is correct.
