Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 3 cups prepared low fat vanilla custard
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool slightly.
2. Mix NESTLE Baking Cocoa and boiling water to form a paste.
3. Whisk together cocoa mixture, custard, icing sugar and gelatine mixture until smooth.
4. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks, fold into chocolate mixture.
5. Spoon into 6 individual serving dishes, refrigerate until set.
