Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ribeye, thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced into rings
- 4-5 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- juice from one lemon
- ground pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions
Add beef in a bowl and add garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Thoroughly coat the beef with the marinade and let sit in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight
Heat canola oil in a pan on medium high heat, and sweat onions for about 5 minutes
Remove onions and set aside
Add beef along with marinade and cook for about 8-10 minutes
Add onions back in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes
Serve with rice and enjoy!
