Ingredients

  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 lb. graed cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 3 or 4 jalepeno peppers
  • 1 lb. crawfish with fat

Mix all ingredients well. Pour in baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
