Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 12-16 oz cooked chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- Garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
I prefer aged basmati rice triple rinsed cooked in advance and cooled
Toast pine nuts in a dry sauté pan
Cook frozen spinach and drain thoroughly
In a sauté pan stir fry rice in the oil until coated and separated
Mix in spinach
Mix in pine nuts
Add garlic salt
