CIA frosting

This is from the Culinary Institute video on the web. It's a good basic frosting. Good for cupcakes.

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter , soft
• 4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• pinch salt
• 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk

Preparation

Step 1

mix butter and sugar at low speed then add the vanilla, salt and cream. Mix 5 mins.
