Ingredients
- 2 medium bellpeppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 medium onions
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 lb. boiled shrimp, chopped
- pinch of parsley
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 lb. claw crab meat
- pinch of green onion
- 24 medium mushrooms (stems off for stuffing)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute, bell pepper, celery and onion in margarine.
Mix bread crums, flour, eggs, green onions and parsley. Combine with saute mixture and seafood, mix well. Fill mushrooms. Dip in a batter of egg and milk, then in flour and finally in bread crums. Fry until golden brown.
