- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 can bean sprouts - (16 oz) drained
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- Oil for frying
- Soy sauce for serving
Combine eggs, bean sprouts, onion, salt, pepper and seafood. Fry in small amounts of oil like pancakes. Serve with soy sauce.
