Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into crosswise pieces
- 2 t. lemon pepper
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
- 1 t. Dijon style mustard
- 1 T minced parsley or chives

Step 1
Press each tenderloin slice into 1 inch thickness. Sprinkle surface of medallion with lemon pepper. Heat butter in heavy skillet. Cook tenderloin medallions 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove to serving platter. Keep warm. Add lemon juice, worchestershp sauce and mustard in skillet. Cook, stirring with medallion juices, until heated through. Pour sauce over medallions. Sprinkle with parsley or chives.
