Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 2 Tabelspoons firm butter or Margerine
  • 1 12 oz Bag mixed Frozen Berries (about 2.5 cups)
  • 1 Teas. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teasp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tabelspoon softened Butter or Margerine
  • 2 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

Stir together 1/2 cup Bisquick, brown sugar and nuts in small bowl.

Cut in 2 tabelspoons firm butter using pastry blender or criscrossing 2 knives until crumbly. Set aside.

Mix frozen berries, cinnamon, nutmeg in med. bowl. Spread into pie plate.

Stir remaining 1/2 cup Bisquick and remaining ingredients into bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nut mixture.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until top is evenly golden brown.
