Ingredients
- STREUSEL
- 1/2 Cup Bisquick
- 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cold butter or margerine
- COFFEE CAKE
- 2 Cups Bisquick
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg

Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
In small bowl, mix 1/2 Cup Bisquick mix and brown sugar. Cut in butter using pastery blender or fork., until mixture is crumbly.
In larger bowl mix 2 cups bisquick, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, walnets, carrots and raisins. Stir in milk, oil & egg with wire wisk or fork until blended. Pour into ungreased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle streusel.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm with honey if desired.
