- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. coarse mustard
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
