Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 -3 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and add to the food processor.
2. A generous amount of lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic and 2 - 3 tablespoons of tahini paste.
3. Salt and pepper to taste and a few tablespoons of olive oil.
4. If the consistency is not to your liking - you can add some water to thin it out slightly.
