Ingredients
- 3 Tb fresh parsley chopped
- 1 Tb sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp season salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 4-6 large tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges

Step 1
-Whisk together dressing ingredients thoroughly to combine.
-Place tomatoes in resealable bag and pour in dressing.
- Marinate for 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator .
-Bring to room temperature before serving.
