Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium thin-skinned potatoes, diced
- 2 cans Sockeye Salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 tsp dry thyme leaves
- 1 tsp dry marjoram leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups whole milk

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large pan. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and potatoes. Lightly sautee about 5 minutes.
Add salmon, thyme, marjoram, tomato paste, paprika, white pepper, salt, chicken broth and milk.
Stir mixture and bring to a gentle boil, simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serve with crackers.
Tip:
Can also serve with crusty bread.
