Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced yellow squash
- 1 medium-sized chopped white onion
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 package Pepperidge Farms
- cornbread dressing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam cook the squash and onion ( or boil and drain ) then mash. Melt the butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Combine the squash and onion mixture with 2/3 of the package of dressing. Fold in the soup and sour cream. Spread mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 package of dressing. Bake for 20 minutes.
