Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley sprigs pinched from stems
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. fresh sage leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 1 1/2-quart souffle dish with plastic wrap, leaving a 1-inch overhang around edges. Set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 5 ingredients, and process until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients, process until blended. Spoon mixture into prepared dish, spreading evenly.
Combine Cheddar cheese and next 3 ingredients in processor; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add sage, chives and mustard; process until combined. Spoon mixture over cream cheese layer, spreading evenly. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Unmold onto a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
