Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Step 1
Heat oven to 325.
Beat egg, whites in a large mixer on high speed until foamy. Beat in the sugar gradually until the mixture is stiff and glossy. Do not underbeat. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Drop by generous tsp onto a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
