      boneless skinless Chicken Breasts

      C. Chicken Broth

    • 2

      (10¾ oz.) cans Cream of Chicken Soup

    • 1

      (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk

    • 6

      C. Cooked Rice

    • Toppings: cheese, peas, pineapple tidbits, raisins, celery, chinese noodles, olives, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions etc.

    Directions

    Place chicken in greased 3-5 qt. slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Serve over hot rice with a variety of toppings.
