Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup dry white wine

  • 2

    shallots finely chopped

  • 1/2

    cup chicken stock

  • 2

    ounces heavy cream

  • 1

    teaspoon clarified butter

  • 2

    tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Directions
