Ingredients

• Popcorn Chicken (recipe here)
• 2 whole romaine lettuce, cleaned and dried
• lots of parmesan cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp mustard powder

Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all dressing ingredients and mix using a hand mixer. Mix until emulsified and creamy.
Mix all salad ingredients in a salad bowl then add dressing slowly while tossing salad, sprinkle with parmesan cheese generously.
