Ingredients
- Bread slices to cover the bottom of a large baking dish
- American cheese to cover bread
- 1-2 lbs sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 t. salt

Step 1
Place bread slices (crust trimmed off) in bottom of a large baking dish. Cover with slices of cheese. Brown 1 - 2 pounds sausage, crumble and drain well. Use half of the sausage over the cheese. Beat eggs, dry mustard, milk and salt. Pour over the bread. Place remaining sausage over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Let set about 10 minutes before serving. Cut in squares.
