Italian Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 med. onion (chopped)
• 2-24 oz. cans tomato sauce
• 1 green pepper (chopped)
• 1 c. sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/2 tsp. basil

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Throw everything in pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
