Ingredients

  • 12 ounces vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 pound almonds, blanched and ground
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix wafers and almonds.

2. Melt chocolate. Add tequila-corn syrup. Add with chocolate to wafers.

3. Shape into 1" balls. Coat with sugar. Store in fridge.
