Redneck Caviar

Ingredients

• 2 16 oz. cans black eye peas, drain and rinse
• 1 16 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 16 oz. can niblet corn, drain and rinse
• 1 16 oz. can shoepeg corn, drain and rinse
• 2 4 ounces black olives, drained and chopped
• 2 4 ounces green chili peppers, drained
• 3 jalapenos, chopped
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped
• 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 1 12 oz. bottle Italian dressing, to taste
• 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
