Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- pinch salt and pepper
- Salad:
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons chopped turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon mustard, sweet chili sauce and add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified. Add cilantro, salt and pepper. Place one quarter of the dressing into the Fit & Fresh dressing compartments in your Salad Shaker lids.
(You should have extra dressing for another meal.)
In a medium sized bowl, toss cabbage, lettuce, chicken, bacon and walnuts. Divide between two Fit & Fresh containers, insert ice packs and place lids on top. Drizzle dressing on salad when it's time to eat!
