Ingredients

• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
• 2 T. white wine vinegar
• 1/2 t. granulated garlic
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. pepper
• 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
