Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup watercress, coarse stems removed
  • 4 strips cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast
  • 4 Tbsp low fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp bottled chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped tomatoes in bottom of shaker. Top with greens, then add chicken, bacon and top with cheese.
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Whisk in chili sauce and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the dressing compartment.
