Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup watercress, coarse stems removed
- 4 strips cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast
- 4 Tbsp low fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp bottled chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried basil

Preparation
Step 1
Place chopped tomatoes in bottom of shaker. Top with greens, then add chicken, bacon and top with cheese.
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Whisk in chili sauce and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the dressing compartment.
