Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow or any round-shaped pasta
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup whole-grain Dijon-style mustard
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup dices red onion
- 2 - 7 oz. cans tuna, drained
- garlic salt and pepper

Cook pasta. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix yogurt and mustard until well blended. A
Add celery, bell peppers, onion and pasta to the dressing mixture; blend well. Gently fold in the tuna. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Chill until ready to serve.
