Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chow mein noodles
- 1/2 brown onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 2 slices ginger, minced
- 1 TB soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 TB rice vinegar
- 2 TB oil for stir frying, or more as needed
- ! C bean sprouts, washed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
Mix soy sauce sugar, and rice vinegar.
Heat wok, add oil until hot. Add ginger and onions. Add noodles and stir fry briefly. Add soy sauce mixture. Stir in bean sprouts and cook briefly.
