Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup soften butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. lemmon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place raisins in a small microwavable dish.
Add 1tsp. water. Cover tightly
Cook on high for 30 seconds.
Let stand, covered for 5 mins.
Soften butter. Cream and then beat in sugar.
Add salt, and maple syrup, mixing well.
Add egg,vanilla and lemon juice and beat.
Spoon raisins in equal amounts into each of pastry-lined tart or muffin cups.
Then spoon butter ( a scant 2 tbsps.)over the raisins.
Bake at 375* for 15-17 mins.,until golden on top. Do NOT over bake.
