Ingredients

SALAD:
lettuce
tomatoes
red onion
nish nosh crackers
shnitzel
DRESSING:
3/4 cup mayo
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley

Step 1

1. Arrange lettuce and all salad ingredients in a bowl or individual plates. Crush crackers and slice shnitzel and arrange on top. Add dressing right before serving.
