Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon MINCED garlic
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- paprika
- 4 WEDGES lemons
- 1 pound scallops
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES. COMBINE BUTTERMILK AND GARLIC IN SMALL BOWL.
RINSE SCALLOPS AND PAT DRY. SOAK SCALLOPS IN BUTTERMILK MIXTURE.
PLACE BREAD CRUMBS IN SHALLOW DISH. SPRAY SHALLOW BAKING PAN WITH VEGTABLE COOKING SPRAY.
DRAIN SCALLOPS AND ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS. ARRANGE IN PAN AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
BAKE 8 TO 10 MINUTES, UNTIL OPAQUE THROUGHOUT. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND SERVE WITH LEMON WEDGES.
