Ingredients
- 8 oz corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked
- 1 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/8 teaspoon anise seed, crushed
- OR fennel seed, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ground ginger
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Bisque Soup
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 1 1/2 slices American cheese, cut up
- 3 fresh basil leaves, finely shredded
- Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1.COOK anise seed or fennel seed
2.MEANWHILE heat butter in saucepot. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add beef, anise and ginger. Cook until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
3.ADD soup, half-and-half, American cheese and basil. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min.
4.STIR in drained pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
