As the Six Sisters’, we have been trying to eat healthier lately and these Gluten Free 5-ingredient Peanut Butter Muffins are making it easy. They are quick and easy and you will love them! They took me about 4 minutes to make, and taste delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (optional)

Step 1
In a blender, combine the banana, egg, honey, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth.
Once smooth, fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Poor into mini cupcake maker
Let cook for 2 minutes or until edges are golden brown - the light will also turn green when it is done.
