Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Top Ramen Chicken seasoning packet
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- SALAD
- 2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups finely sliced green and purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds, toaster
- 1 package Tom Ramen Chicken noodles, crushed

Step 1
Dressing: Mix together rice vinegar, sugar and Top Ramen seasoning packet, adding salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Taste dressing and add more vinegar if desired. Let rest, allowing ingredients to blend.
Salad: In a large bowl, shred chicken into bite-size pieces. Add cabbage and green onions. Gradually add dressing, tossing well to coat. Add additional dressing to taste.
Add almonds and crushed noodles. Toss gently and serve immediately.
