Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 in pieces
- 1 cup coarsely chopped apple, divided
- 1 sm onion, sliced
- 3 tbs raisins
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teas curry powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice

Step 1
1 Combine chicken, 3/4 cups apple, onion, raisins, garlic, curry powder and ginger in slow cooker. Combine water and bouillon granules in small bowl until dissolved. Stir in flour until smooth. Add to slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until onion is tender and chicken cooked through.
2. Combine sour cream and cornstarch in large bowl. Turn off slow cooker. Transfer all cooking liquid from chicken mix to sour cream mix. Stir until combined. Stir mixture back into slow cooker. Cover, let stand for 5-10 min. or until sauce is heated through.
3. Meanwhile, cook rice. Serve chicken over rice, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup apple.
