Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Orange supreme cake mix
  • 1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup oil (Crisco or cake will fall??)
  • 1 cup water (orange juice)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice or milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a tube pan, set aside. Blend cake mix, pudding, oil, water (or orange juice) and eggs for 2 mins.

2. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 mins or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 mins, then remove from pan.

3. To prepare glaze, blend 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 tbsp orange juice or milk. Drizzle over cake.
