Dirt Cake

Ingredients

• 20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
• 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 12 oz. tub Cool Whip
• 2-3 oz. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
• 1/2 stick margarine
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 3 1/2 c. milk
• 1-8 -inch plastic flower pot lined with foil
• 1 new hard trowel for serving dessert
• 1 plastic flower
• 1 pkg. gummy worms

Preparation

Step 1

BOWL #1(small): Mix powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese until creamy.
BOWL #2(large): Mix pudding and milk until thick, then fold in Cool Whip until well-blended. Slowly add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture. If crushing Oreo cookies in blender, only do 4 or 5 at a time, they tend to stick. In 8-inch foil lined flower pot alternate cookies with cream cheese mixture, Starting with cookies and topping with cookies. Add a stalk of plastic flowers and lay gummy worms on top for decoration. Keep chilled. Serve with trowel from flower pot.
