Ingredients
- 6 Pieces Veal, small and well pounded flour for dredging
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
- Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Marsala Wine
- Other Red Wine

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge veal in flour. Pour oil in pan and heat well before adding veal. Add veal in pan; brown on one side then turn over and add remaining ingredients, except wine. Cover and cook for about five minutes. Add about 3/4 cup wine to pan (even mix of two wines.) Let simmer five to 10 minutes until veal is tender.
Helpful Tips:
This is a quick way to make veal marsala; you must use marsala wine, not a cooking wine. If your veal is pounded it comes out so very tender. It's a nice dinner for two served with a salad, pasta and a bottle of wine.
