Ingredients
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C water
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 1/4 to 1/2 t cinnamon oil
- 1/2 t red food coloring

Step 1
In a large saucepan combine sugar, water, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring occasionally. cover and cook 3 mins. uncover and cook over med-high heat without stirring, until candy thermometer reads 310 deg. Remove from heat; stir in oil and food coloring, keeping face away from the mixture as the odor will be very strong.
Immediately pour onto greased baking pan. quickly spread into a 13 X 9 rectangle. Use a sharp knife to cut into 1" Squares. Recut several times until candy has set. Let stand until dry.. Break into squares
