Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups sifted flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order given, creaming butter and peanut butter with the sugars, than adding egg. Sift dry ingredients together an then add to creamed mixture, blending well. stir in vanilla. Dip out dough by teaspoons and roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork dipped in flour. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
