1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese,
1 can (10 oz.) condensed Cheddarcheese soup
1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Assorted dippers (such as cut-up
vegetables and pretzel sticks)
Cut cream cheese into 1"wide strips. Place in microwave safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave cream cheese on medium-high power (80% power) 1 min., 30 sec.
Stir in condensed Cheddar cheese soup, half-and-half and shredded Cheddar cheese. Cover mixture with plastic wrap and microwave on medium high power 5 min., stirring every minute.
Serve with assorted dippers
