Memaw's Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 or 5 potatoes
• Loaf of bread
• Small onion
• 3 or 4 stalks celery
• 1 egg
• Sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes till done & save water. Cook sausage.

Tear a loaf of bread into small pieces.

Dice celery & onion in small pieces.

Mix together, mashed potatoes, celery & onion, bread, and sausage.

Add potatoe water and use enough to make dressing soft. Add salt & pepper.

Roll into balls and place around pork roast when baking.
