Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. flour
- 4 c. diced apples, peeled
- 1 c. nuts
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 6 T. butter
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Cream together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture to batter gradually, add apples and nuts. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool completely.
Frosting: Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla, then add powdered sugar gradually; whip until fluffy. Frost cooled cake.
