Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pakg corn tortillas
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 (23 oz) can Ranch Style Beans
  • 1/3 to 1/2 lb grated longhorn cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with onion, salt, and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Add soups and beans. Layer in 9 x 12 inch pan with tortillas, meat, cheese. Continue layers ending with a layer of cheese on top. Top with diced Rotel. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes.
